About Me
I’m Steve Workman, a User Experience consultant for PA Consulting Group. My job is to make web sites better for their users, using the latest standards-compliant and accessible technology. Simply put, I try to make the web a better place for everyone. I’m a member of the Web Standards Group who advise and evangelise web standards.
Originally from Lancaster (UK), I graduated from the University of Sheffield with a masters in Computer Science and have since moved to London. I play hockey for Sonning Hockey Club and whenever my knee lets me, you’ll find me running round Clapham Common.
This is my web site, a place for me to show off the latest techniques in CSS design, experiment with CSS 3 and rant about technology news, in that very geeky way.
If you want to contact me, send an email to steve@steveworkman.com and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
I’m also on Facebook and you can see what I’m listening to on Last.fm or add me with LinkedIn
